1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using GovAuctionRadar (the “Site”), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

2. Nature of the Service

GovAuctionRadar is an information, discovery, indexing, and link aggregation service. The Site organizes publicly available auction and surplus information and provides links that direct users to third-party websites where auction content is hosted and controlled.

GovAuctionRadar is not the seller, auctioneer, marketplace operator, government agency, police department, county, city, school district, or other organization that owns, publishes, or administers the linked listings unless explicitly stated on the relevant page.

3. No Affiliation, Sponsorship, or Endorsement

GovAuctionRadar is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, approved by, or officially connected with any third-party company, auction host, marketplace, public agency, seller, municipality, department, school, utility, or other organization referenced on the Site unless such relationship is expressly stated in writing.

References to third-party agencies, marketplaces, auction platforms, trade names, product names, logos, trademarks, service marks, and listing sources are used solely for identification, search, indexing, commentary, comparison, and link-directory purposes.

4. Third-Party Content and Links

The Site contains external links and limited identifying information relating to third-party auctions and related listings. Those third-party websites are not owned or controlled by GovAuctionRadar.

When you click an outbound link, you leave this Site and proceed to a third-party website governed by that third party’s own terms, privacy practices, bidding rules, sale procedures, eligibility requirements, and technical controls.

GovAuctionRadar does not control and is not responsible for third-party content, listing accuracy, auction status, prices, close dates, descriptions, item condition, title status, payment terms, pickup requirements, cancellations, or changes made by the third-party source.

5. Ownership of Content

Except for this Site’s own original software, design, branding, database arrangement, search tools, alert tools, editorial copy, and other original materials created by GovAuctionRadar, third-party titles, listing descriptions, source names, logos, trademarks, photographs, and related materials remain the property of their respective owners.

GovAuctionRadar does not claim ownership of third-party auction content merely because the Site indexes, summarizes, references, or links to it.

6. Reference Use and Limited Display

The Site may display limited portions of third-party information, including titles, listing names, source names, short excerpts, thumbnail references, and other identifying data, solely for search, indexing, categorization, commentary, comparison, alerting, and directory purposes. All rights in third-party content remain with the applicable owners.

Nothing on the Site should be interpreted as a statement that third-party content is original to GovAuctionRadar or that GovAuctionRadar is the original host or publisher of the third-party content.

7. No Representation That Third-Party Content Is Ours

Third-party listings, auction pages, images, logos, descriptions, and other linked or referenced materials are not represented by us as our own content. The original source, host, and operator of each linked listing remains the relevant third party.

8. Accuracy and Verification

We strive to organize information in a useful way, but we do not guarantee that any third-party listing, bid amount, close date, description, image, source URL, or seller information is complete, accurate, current, available, or error-free.

You are solely responsible for verifying all material facts with the original source before relying on any listing or participating in any transaction.

9. No Bidding or Transaction Role

GovAuctionRadar does not conduct auctions, take bids, receive sale proceeds, transfer title, process payments for third-party auctions, inspect assets, guarantee transactions, or act as agent for third-party sellers or marketplaces.

Any transaction, bid, payment, dispute, refund request, claim, or purchase is solely between you and the third-party seller, host, agency, or marketplace involved.

10. Intellectual Property and Trademark Notice

All third-party trademarks, service marks, logos, and trade names referenced on the Site are the property of their respective owners. Their appearance on the Site does not imply affiliation, sponsorship, endorsement, authorization, or approval.

11. Copyright, Trademark, and Correction Requests

If you believe any material on the Site infringes your rights, inaccurately suggests affiliation, or should be corrected or removed, contact us at alerts@govauctionradar.com with the relevant URL, a description of the issue, and sufficient information for review.
